Announcement from The Church Council

• • In light of ongoing developments resulting from the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the church council had decided to pause all church-related activities as of Monday, March 16th, 2020. Worship services and prayer meetings at this time will be hosted online (more information to come). Our goal is to resume worship services and other activities on April 12th, 2020, which is Easter Sunday.
  • We recorded a dip of offering collections during the first 2 months of 2020. We do want to encourage every brother and sister to be diligent as a believer, tithe accordingly based on what is written in the scriptures. One may issue a cheque for ECBC as a special offering at any time, mail it to the office, and together we can help our church pass through this difficult time.
  • For offering and/or tithing, the finance department has set up an online giving system via Etransfer. Please be sure to include the offering number (if applicable) and category (Tithe, Thanksgiving, Faith, Theology Education, Mission, Flower, Building Maintenance, Others) in the “message” field, then email the E-transfer to finance@ecbchurch.org. Alternatively, church members may continue to mail their cheques with the offering number and category, and then send them directly to the church address listed below.

• (Currently suspended) The Edmonton Foodbank is in desperate need of volunteers. The next two group-volunteering is scheduled on April 4th, please sign up with Brian if you want to participate.
