Adolescent Day Camp is designed to equip youth with practical tools to navigate the challenges of adolescence and beyond. Through engaging lessons and hands-on activities led by educators and health professionals, participants will grow in confidence, resilience, and purpose. 「青春期日營」旨在裝備青少年實用的能力，協助他們從容面對青春期及其後成長階段所帶來的各項挑戰。透過由教育界及健康專業人士帶領的互動課堂與實踐活動，參加者將在自信心、抗逆能力及人生目標方面不斷成長。
Topics include 課程主題包括：
- Teenage inferiority and self-esteem 青少年的自我形象與自卑感
- Peer pressure朋輩壓力的應對
- Sexual and emotional development性與情緒發展
- Growing independence 獨立能力的培養
- Making positive contributions to society 如何積極回饋社會
- And many other real-life issues teens face today 以及其他與當代青少年生活息息相關的實際議題
Cooking classes and field trips are included to help nurture independence, confidence, and practical life skills. 活動內容亦包括烹飪課程及戶外考察，以培養青少年的獨立性、自信心及實用生活技能。
