• Our church retreat will be held on Saturday, September 20, at EdVenture Lodge, in the Edmonton Zoo. Everyone is welcome to participate. The registration deadline is August 17. Fees are $10 per adult and $5 per child; add $5 per 5/child who wishes to join the animal tour. Payment is due by August 31, 2025. Please indicate “participant’s name” + “retreat” on the offering envelope.

• The 2025 summer VBS program continues this week. Be sure to uplift them in prayer, asking God to grant Lydia Nie, our Day Camp Director, and Ivana Au Yang, our Day Camp Leader, wisdom, strength, and joy as they lead, guide, and disciple the participating children and youths.
• We are thrilled to invite you to our VBS Graduation Celebration on August 16 (Saturday) at 10:00 AM. Join us as our children delight us with the songs they’ve learned during the past two weeks of VBS, sharing their amazing experiences along the way. It’s a beautiful opportunity to witness how God is working in their lives!

Announcement From The Facility Committee

• Church roof repair updates: We are working with a reputable roofing company to evaluate materials and warranty options. The current cost estimate is up to $100,000 for the entire church roof, and up to $60,000 for the sanctuary roof alone. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall.
