• Due to the Wildfires around Edmonton, the Annual Highway Cleanup fundraising event has been postponed to this coming Saturday, May 13th, between 8 am and 12 pm. Giving us another chance to answer the calling to serve. Don’t delay and sign up today! Contact Pastor Nie if you need more information about the event.
• The Offering records from January to April 2023 are available for viewing at https://ecbchurch.org/cantonese/resources/offering/ If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact the finance team via email at finance@ecbchurch.org.
• Prayer item, Short-term Mission: Our Cantonese Congregation and CCM Canada are organizing a joint short-term mission trip in Costa Rica from August 17th to 28th. The goal is to cooperate with the local Chinese church to carry out mission work in several cities in Costa Rica.
• There are 2 additional fundraising events scheduled in May for the short-term mission to Costa Rica.
  • May 20th, Saturday – Yard Sale. Brothers and sisters are welcome to participate, please contact Hetta, Irene, or Michelle for more information.
  • May 28th, Sunday – Silence Auction. More details to come.
• Prayer Halo time will continue on Monday night at 7:00 pm on Discord. We are also seeking suggestions for a time to move the Prayer Halo, so let Ryan know if you have one in mind.

• We are excited to present the “Twists & Turns” Summer VBS Day Camp for ages 4 to 13, which will occur on August 8th–11th,  14th–18th, and 19th-Celebration. Register before April 30th for a lower rate of $285 per applicant.
